Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound stewing beef
- 1 can tomatoes, minced
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 lg. can tomato sauce
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
Method
- Cut meat into 3/4 inch cubes and sear.
- Cover with 1 qt water and simmer for 1 to 2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
- Add in remaining ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.
- Continue simmering for 30 min.
- Serves 8.
