Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey breast ground, cooked
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup celery sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 15 ounces red kidney beans undrained
  • 14 1/2 ounces tomatoes crushed
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  • Place turkey, onions, bell peppers, and celery in a large skillet with oil.
  • Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring and separating turkey as it cooks.
  • Add beans, tomatoes, water, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
