Ingredients

  • 1 (12 1/2 ounce.) can chunk tuna, liquid removed
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 egg, beaten

Method

  • In bowl, combine tuna, onion, egg, lemon juice, dill weed, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs.
  • Make into 6 or possibly 8 patties and coat with remaining crumbs.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp.
  • butter.
  • Brown patties till golden.
  • Garnish with lemon slices.
