Ingredients
- 1 (12 1/2 ounce.) can chunk tuna, liquid removed
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 egg, beaten
Method
- In bowl, combine tuna, onion, egg, lemon juice, dill weed, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs.
- Make into 6 or possibly 8 patties and coat with remaining crumbs.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Brown patties till golden.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
