Ingredients
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- garlic powder
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- parsley
- pepper
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Wash mushrooms and take off stems and put them aside.
- Chop the stems and brown them in melted margarine in skillet.
- Slowly add Parmesan cheese; stir and add bread crumbs, parsley, garlic powder and pepper until mixture is almost dry.
- Stuff into mushroom caps and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Top with cheese, if you like.
