Ingredients
- 10 to 12 potatoes
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Peel and slice potatoes.
- Chop onion.
- Alternate layers with potatoes, onion, garlic salt and butter in large casserole dish. Mix Cheddar cheese soup with milk and pour over potatoes. (Additional milk can be added if needed.) Bake, covered, in a 350° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are done.
