Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 pound red snapper fillets
  • Lime slices

Method

  • Combine first 4 ingredients.
  • Arrange fish fillets in baking dish and sprinkle with seasoning mix.
  • Cover with waxed paper, microwave on high for 6 to 8 min or possibly till fish flakes easily.
  • Rearrange fish halfway through cooking.
  • Garnish with lime slices.
  • Yield: 4 servings.
