Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pork mince
  • 4 cabbage leaves Chinese
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 1/2 garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons light soy sauce

Method

  • Boil the Chinese cabbage leaves. After water is boiling, cook for another 3 minutes, then take the leaves out
  • Cut the cucumber in strips
  • Cut the carrot in strips
  • Smash garlic and remove the skin
  • Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and mix with pork mince
  • Stir fry pork mince and mushroom, cucumber, carrot, and garlic, and add salt and soy sauce
  • Place one cabbage leave on a plate, put the pork mince and mushroom, cucumber strips, carrot strips and garlic on the leave and roll it
  • Put one goji berry on one vegetable roll
