- 6 frozen hash brown patties
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. dried chopped onions
- 3 Tbsp. dried celery flakes
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. dried chives
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- In large saucepan or stockpot, combine hash brown patties and 2 1/2 cups water.
- Cover and place over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to break up patties.
