Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Pork
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Dressing Mix
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Method

  • Cut pork into cubes and place in crock pot.
  • Combine water and dressing mix and pour over pork cubes.
  • Set your crock pot to low and cook for 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours soften Cream cheese and add to the crock pot.
  • Mix in the Cream of Mushroom soup and pepper and let cook for 2 more hours.
  • Stir and serve over rice, noodles or biscuits.
