Ingredients
- 2 pounds Pork
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Dressing Mix
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Method
- Cut pork into cubes and place in crock pot.
- Combine water and dressing mix and pour over pork cubes.
- Set your crock pot to low and cook for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours soften Cream cheese and add to the crock pot.
- Mix in the Cream of Mushroom soup and pepper and let cook for 2 more hours.
- Stir and serve over rice, noodles or biscuits.
