Ingredients

  • 1 box Spiral Pasta
  • 1 bag California Frozen Vegetables
  • 1 package Smoked Sausage Cut Into Big Pieces
  • 1 package Pepperoni
  • 1 can Whole Black Olives Drained
  • 1 bottle Ranch Or Italian Dressing

Method

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain well when done.
  • Cook frozen vegetables and drain well.
  • While pasta and vegetables are cooking, cut your smoked sausage into quarter-inch pieces.
  • Then, in a large bowl, add pasta, vegetables, sausage, pepperoni, and black olives.
  • Add dressing and toss together.
  • The amount of dressing is up to you.
  • Sometimes I let people put the dressing on themselves.
  • Not everyone likes a lot of salad dressing.
  • This recipe can be made healthier, by simply using whole grain pasta, turkey pepperoni, low fat smoked sausage and a low fat dressing.
  • If you decide to use an Italian dressing, I use an oil-and-vinegar based dressing, not creamy Italian.
