- 1 (16 oz.) box rotini (rotelle)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 2 pieces celery
- some fresh broccoli
- 1 can black pitted olives
- 1 green pepper
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix (or garlic herb)
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Suddenly Salad or Salad Supreme
Method
- Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
- Rinse with cold water and drain.
- Slice vegetables into small bite size pieces. Slice olives.
- Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on envelope. Combine pasta, vegetables, olives, cheese and salad seasoning in a large bowl.
- Add prepared salad dressing.
- Toss.
- Chill 2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
