Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) box rotini (rotelle)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 pieces celery
  • some fresh broccoli
  • 1 can black pitted olives
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix (or garlic herb)
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Suddenly Salad or Salad Supreme

Method

  • Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
  • Rinse with cold water and drain.
  • Slice vegetables into small bite size pieces. Slice olives.
  • Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on envelope. Combine pasta, vegetables, olives, cheese and salad seasoning in a large bowl.
  • Add prepared salad dressing.
  • Toss.
  • Chill 2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
