Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. mostaccioli, ziti or rotini, uncooked
- 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage or lean ground beef, cooked and drained
- 2 (26 oz.) jars your favorite pasta sauce
- 4 c. (1 lb.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- chopped parsley
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Prepare pasta per directions.
- In large bowl combine pasta, sausage, pasta sauce and 2 cups cheese.
- Mix well.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake, covered, 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Uncover, sprinkle with remaining 2 cups cheese and parsley and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
- Serves 12.
