Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. mostaccioli, ziti or rotini, uncooked
  • 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage or lean ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 2 (26 oz.) jars your favorite pasta sauce
  • 4 c. (1 lb.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • chopped parsley

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Prepare pasta per directions.
  • In large bowl combine pasta, sausage, pasta sauce and 2 cups cheese.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake, covered, 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Uncover, sprinkle with remaining 2 cups cheese and parsley and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
  • Serves 12.
