Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. each: oregano and parsley
- 1/4 tsp. each: paprika, salt and black pepper
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Spray baking pan with Pam.
- Dip chicken in melted butter and coat with cheese mixture.
- Place in baking pan and bake about 25 minutes or until tender.
