Ingredients
- 2 cups oats (I used Quaker)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
- 1/2 cup applesauce (or 1 individual appelsauce pot)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon (more or less as you need)
Method
- mix all together in a bowl.
- scoop a spoonful, form into ball or flatten to cookie shape.
- place on a plate.
- Put into fridge to let set for about 10-20 minutes.
- Enjoy.
