Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 c. spaghetti sauce (thick style)
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 to 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
- Layer in an 8 x 10-inch pan: 1/3 sauce, 1/2 uncooked lasagna pieces, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 of Mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- May be refrigerated or frozen at this point.
- To cook, cover casserole and bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
- If casserole is frozen, thaw before baking.
- Serves 4 to 6.
