- 1 lb. ground beef
- 40 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 2 1/2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook meat and onion until meat is browned.
- Drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and set aside.
- Do not cook lasagna noodles!
- Beat eggs and Ricotta or cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper together; set aside.
