Ingredients
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. rice (not Minute rice)
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cut-up seasoned chicken pieces
Method
- Melt margarine in a 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
- Put 3 bouillon cubes in boiling water (works better if you crushed them in a baggie first); add to melted butter in pan.
- Add chopped onion and pepper; add rice and then blend in the soup.
- Put seasoned chicken pieces on top and bake at 325° for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
