Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound hamburger
- 1 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can lowfat milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 carton lowfat sour cream
Method
- Brown hamburger in skillet, stirring till crumbly; drain.
- Add in onion.
- Cook till tender.
- Add in soup, lowfat milk and seasonings, mixing well.
- Cook till heated through.
- Fold in lowfat sour cream.
- Serve with noodles.
- Yields 8 servings.
