Ingredients
- 1 c. frozen corn
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. American cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Method
- In 10-inch skillet, brown hamburger.
- Drain.
- Add frozen vegetables, rice, soup, milk, onion and half the cheese.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- To serve, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Makes 4 servings.
