Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1- 2 lb can fruit
Method
- Mix together all ingredients except fruit. Put in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Cover with canned fruit. Bake until brown about 45 minutes at 350°. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
