Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3 c. milk
Method
- Crumble sausage in skillet.
- When brown, leave grease and sausage in skillet.
- Add flour, salt and pepper.
- Stir until flour is blended with sausage.
- Then add milk.
- Cook until the gravy is the consistency that you like.
- Serve over biscuits or bread.
