Ingredients
- 3 c. diced potatoes
- 3 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt or 1 celery stalk cut into small pieces
- dash paprika
- sprinkle parsley
- fresh black pepper to taste
Method
- Cook ingredients until very tender.
- Melt 6 tbsp. butter in a large cooker, add 4 tbsp. flour, blend over low heat until bubbly. Stir in 2 c. of milk, add cooked potato mixture.
