Ingredients
- 3 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 14 ounces tomato sauce
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 cup pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
Method
- Boil noodles according to box.
- brown ground turkey.
- combine diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices to ground turkey simmer for 20 minutes.
- drain noodles and place in large pot.
- pour in tomato and turkey mixture over noodles, stir well.
- before serving top with shredded cheese.
