Ingredients

  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 14 ounces tomato sauce
  • 14 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 cup pre-shredded mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Boil noodles according to box.
  • brown ground turkey.
  • combine diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices to ground turkey simmer for 20 minutes.
  • drain noodles and place in large pot.
  • pour in tomato and turkey mixture over noodles, stir well.
  • before serving top with shredded cheese.
