Ingredients
- 6 ounces chocolate chips, any will do (my favorite is dark chocolate)
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 3 tablespoons very hot coffee
- 34 cup scalded milk (can use coffee creamer, 1/2 & 1/2, can milk)
- 1 -2 tablespoon rum (optional) or 1 -2 tablespoon orange liqueur (optional) or 1 -2 tablespoon cherry flavored liqueur (optional) or 1 -2 tablespoon mint liqueur, etc (optional)
Method
- In blender, mix all ingredients on high speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour into 4 dessert cups/dishes and chill until firm.
- Garnish with whip cream, nuts, flaked coconut, etc.
