Ingredients
- 250 grams Chicken thigh
- 2 tbsp Plain flour
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 10 grams Butter
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu
- 1 White sesame seeds
Method
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Put it in a plastic bag and coat with the flour.
- Coat a frying pan with oil and fry the chicken on both sides.
- When cooked through and browned, mix in the mentsuyu and butter, sprinkle on some sesame seeds, and it's done!
