Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked and boned
- 1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni (chicken flavor)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- season to taste
Method
- Cook the Rice-A-Roni according to package instructions on box, except use 4 cups chicken broth instead of water. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large casserole dish. Bake at 350°, covered, for 30 to 35 minutes.
