Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 12 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups frozen broccoli
- 1 (7 1/4 ounce) package Kraft macaroni and cheese
- 12 cup light sour cream
Method
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat.
- Add chicken and onions; cook and stir 5 minutes.
- Add pepper; cook 1 minute.
- Stir in water, broccoli and macaroni; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and cover.
- Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender and chicken is cooked through; stirring occasionally.
- Add cheese sauce mix and sour cream; stir until well blended.
- Cook 2 min or until heated through; stirring occasionally.
