Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 14 cup onion, chopped
  • 12 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli
  • 1 (7 1/4 ounce) package Kraft macaroni and cheese
  • 12 cup light sour cream

Method

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat.
  • Add chicken and onions; cook and stir 5 minutes.
  • Add pepper; cook 1 minute.
  • Stir in water, broccoli and macaroni; bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and cover.
  • Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender and chicken is cooked through; stirring occasionally.
  • Add cheese sauce mix and sour cream; stir until well blended.
  • Cook 2 min or until heated through; stirring occasionally.
