Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Dressing
  • 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Salt (for Seasoning Chicken And Pizza Crust)
  • 1/2 cups Cooked Mushrooms
  • 1 whole 10 Or 12 Inch Prepared Pizza Crust
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced
  • 2 cups Italian Cheese Blend, Shredded

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly spray a pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  • In a skillet, heat Italian dressing on medium heat and add chicken, then lightly sprinkle with garlic salt.
  • Cook about 5-10 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink and slightly browned.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  • Cut chicken into strips and set the mixture aside.

  • Spread 1 cup of alfredo sauce onto prepared pizza crust.
  • 3.
  • Add toppings: Cooked mushrooms, cooked chicken strips, green onions, cheese.

  • Sprinkle crust with garlic salt.

  • Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
