Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey or beef
  • 24 oz steamer vegetables in cheese sauce
  • 1 packages Betty Crocker four cheese instant potatoes
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Salt and pepper, garlic and onion powder to taste

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • In a skillet brown ground meat, season to taste.
  • While browning meat microwave steamer vegetables for approximately 8 minutes or per directions on bag.
  • In a seperate bowl mix instant potatoes and water until all mixture is moist.
  • In 2.5 qt.
  • Cassserole dish layer meat on the bottom of dish.
  • Followed by the vegetables and then the potatoes.
  • Make sure to spread potatoes to cover the entire casserole to edges of dish.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
  • Serve.
