Ingredients
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls (8 each)
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Press 1 package of rolls into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (do not grease).
- Beat well the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk.
- Spread evenly over rolls.
- Evenly roll out second package of rolls; spread over cheese mixture.
- Beat egg white until frothy; brush on top.
