Ingredients

  • 150 grams Beef (sliced)
  • 1/4 of one carrot Carrot
  • 1/2 bunch Chinese garlic chives (nira)
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1 Grated garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1/2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1/2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Sesame oil
  • 1 Sesame oil for frying

Method

  • Peel the garlic and mince.
  • Cut the chives in 5 cm.
  • Chop the onion vertically into thin wedges.
  • In a bowl, combine the ingredients and rub them into the meat.
  • When the meat is soft, add vegetables and work into the mixture.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan and add the mixture from step 2.
  • It's finished when the beef and vegetables are cooked through.
