Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin tips or top round, cut small
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, not drained
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Method
- Prepare noodles as directed.
- In small bowl, mix flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Stir in small amount of mushroom liquid until creamy.
- Cook onion in butter for about 5 minutes.
- Add meat and cook until done.
- Add mushrooms and liquid, then add flour mixture.
- Stir over medium heat until mixture is thickened.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Serve over noodles.
