Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine egg whites, sugar, water and corn sugar in top part of a double boiler.
- Beat until sugar dissolves.
- Place over top of boiling water and cook, beating constantly until stiff.
- Remove from heat until cooled, fold in vanilla.
