Ingredients
- splash white wine vinegar
- splash balsamic
- 1 shallot chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon smokes paprika
- 1 large lemon
- 1/2 of a green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 large mango chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Method
- Drink wine. Mix ingredients in bowl. Insert spoon. Spoon on to oysters. Eat. Repeat.
