Ingredients
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 c. pancake mix
- 1 can cream-style corn
- oil for deep frying
Method
- Beat egg yolks slightly.
- Stir in pancake mix and corn.
- Fold in slightly beaten egg whites.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
- Drain.
- Serve with syrup.
- Makes about 40.
