Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons Olive Oil, Divided
- 2 cloves Garlic, Whole Or Chopped
- 1 head Broccoli, Chopped
- 8 ounces, weight Cooked Pasta
- 1/2 teaspoons Basil
- 4 ounces, weight Parmesan Cheese
Method
- 1.
- Heat skillet.
- Add 1 teaspoon olive oil and add the garlic.
- Brown.
- 2.
- Add fresh broccoli and stir to lightly coat with oil.
- 3.
- Sprinkle water in the skillet to create steam and cover.
- 4.
- Occasionally, add water if necessary to produce more steam.
- 5.
- Add pasta and a bit more water to moisten.
- 6.
- Drizzle with the rest of the olive oil.
- 7.
- Sprinkle with basil and cheese.
- 8.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
