Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons Olive Oil, Divided
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Whole Or Chopped
  • 1 head Broccoli, Chopped
  • 8 ounces, weight Cooked Pasta
  • 1/2 teaspoons Basil
  • 4 ounces, weight Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • 1.
  • Heat skillet.
  • Add 1 teaspoon olive oil and add the garlic.
  • Brown.
  • 2.
  • Add fresh broccoli and stir to lightly coat with oil.
  • 3.
  • Sprinkle water in the skillet to create steam and cover.
  • 4.
  • Occasionally, add water if necessary to produce more steam.
  • 5.
  • Add pasta and a bit more water to moisten.
  • 6.
  • Drizzle with the rest of the olive oil.
  • 7.
  • Sprinkle with basil and cheese.
  • 8.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
