Ingredients
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Grease bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle nuts and coconut on bottom.
- Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
- Pour over nuts and coconut.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla.
- Spoon over top of batter.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
- Cake will crack open on top.
