- 10 chicken pieces
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 eggs, beaten with milk
- 2 c. pancake mix
Method
- Melt margarine in a 14-inch Dutch oven.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture
- and
- then pancake mix.
- Season to taste. Bake 1 1/2 hours

- on top and 12 coals on the bottom. Replenish coals if needed.
