Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups 2% Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole Large Egg
Method
- Heat your oven to 425°F.
- Melt butter in a 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- In a a medium bowl combine flour, milk, sugar, salt and egg. Stir until moist. Pour batter into skillet and cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Bake in oven for 18 minute or until golden brown.
