Ingredients
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 c. cool water
Method
- Cut shortening into flour and salt.
- Add beaten egg.
- Stir in water.
- Knead until smooth.
- Extra flour if needed.
- Divide in 3 sections.
- Roll out on floured surface.
- Cut in squares and drop into boiled chicken.
- Cook until done.
