- 1 Tbsp. Crisco
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 fryer, cooked and deboned
Method
- Boil fryer and debone.
- Keep broth.
- Heat broth to boiling point and drop dumpling mixture into hot broth.
