Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
Method
- Mix crushed pineapple (with juice) and cherry pie filling. Spread in a well-greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
- Sprinkle cake mix over top.
- Mix coconut and pecans; sprinkle over mixture.
- Slice margarine sticks evenly over top.
- Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
- May need to cover at mid-point; coconut may burn.
