Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 pounds duck Chinese barbecued, meat chopped
  • 5 ounces snow peas trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 1 green mango thinly sliced
  • 3 shallots thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces mizuna
  • 5 sprigs fresh mint leaves picked
  • 5 sprigs cilantro leaves fresh, picked
  • 1 red chili fresh long, thinly sliced
  • dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons palm sugar grated
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons peanut oil

Method

  • Toss together chopped duck meat, snow peas, mango, shallots, mizuna, herbs and chili. Whisk together ingredients for dressing then pour over salad and toss to combine. Season.
