Ingredients
- 1 c. oleo
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 eggs
Method
- Cream oleo, oil, powdered sugar and white sugar together.
- Add vanilla and eggs.
- Sift flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar together and add to first mixture.
- Mix well to form dough.
- Roll dough by teaspoon to form a ball.
- Roll in sugar (sometimes I add cinnamon to sugar).
- Place on greased
- cookie sheet.
- Press down with a small glass.
- Bake about 12 minutes at 350°.
- Makes 8 dozen.
