Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe cantaloupe or other melon, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1-inch piece of ginger, finely chopped
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce honey
- 2 ounces sake
Method
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds, until all ingredients are evenly blended and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a 9"x9" metal pan. Place in freezer until solid.
- Just before you're ready to serve, scrape with a fork until light and fluffy. Serve in martini or small glasses.
