Ingredients

  • 250 grams Boneless, skinless Chicken Fillet
  • 1 medium Onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 slice ginger
  • 4 each Dried Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 bunch Spring Onions
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Cashew Nuts

Method

  • Cut the chicken into 1,5 cm chunks
  • Marinate the chicken for at least 10 minutes.
  • Cut the onion into 8.
  • Finely chopped the garlic.
  • Washed and cut the dried chilies lengthwise .
  • Heat oil in a wok or fry pan at HIGH
  • Saute Garlic and Dried Chilies, till fragrant NOT burnt
  • Add the onions and ginger, and continue Stirling till the onion softened .
  • Add the marinated chickeen and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Removed and served with any vegetable dish on a plate of white rice.
