Ingredients
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. English walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. whipped cream
Method
- Combine maple syrup with egg yolks, well beaten.
- Cook, stirring until thick; cool.
- Season with salt and fresh lemon juice.
- Fold in whipped cream and nuts.
