Ingredients
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 4 c. whipping cream
- 25 Double Stuff Oreos
Method
- Scald milk (heat until bubbles start to form).
- Remove from heat; add sugar and salt.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Stir in half and half, vanilla and whipping cream.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Stir in cookies to chilled mixture.
- Freeze.
- Makes 1 gallon.
