Ingredients
- 3/4 c. low-fat milk
- 3 Tbsp. instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla
- peppermint stick for garnish
Method
- Use blender to combine nonfat dry milk and milk, adding 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup.
- Heat in a pan on stove for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally; do not boil.
- Stir in vanilla.
