- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese and enough for topping
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. thin spaghetti
Method
- Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper and garlic.
- Add soups (tomato and mushroom) and water and let simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Add cheese, salt and pepper and stir until cheese melts.
- Cook spaghetti and drain well, then add to meat mixture.
- Put into greased casserole dish topped with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° until very hot and bubbly.
- Serves 4 to 6 people.
