Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese and enough for topping
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 lb. thin spaghetti

Method

  • Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper and garlic.
  • Add soups (tomato and mushroom) and water and let simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Add cheese, salt and pepper and stir until cheese melts.
  • Cook spaghetti and drain well, then add to meat mixture.
  • Put into greased casserole dish topped with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 350° until very hot and bubbly.
  • Serves 4 to 6 people.
